Gavin Prinsloo, Founder and Managing Director
After graduating with a Construction Management degree from UCT, Gavin joined the company in 1996 and took over the leadership shortly thereafter. Through many years of hard work, implementing systems, development and investment, Gavin has grown the business into the established company it is today.
Mark Osler, Director, Contracts Manager
Mark joined the company in 1997. After working his way up to senior management, he is now able to manage and control all aspects of the business. A specialist in analysing waterproofing problems and finding the right solution for our client’s need.

Anwar Alexander, Director, Contracts Manager
Since 1998 Anwar has been a hands-on part of the Prize team. After working as a team leader and top artisan for over 25 years, Anwar now motivates everyone with his enthusiasm and humour in the mornings, ensuring worksheets and timesheets are done and regulations are met. In 2020 Anwar became a director of the firm.
Annalize Olsen, Director, Operations Manager
Annalize started with the company in 1995 at the young age of 19. She now runs the office in a structured and organised way, combining a caring and autocratic management style. She is considered “the mother” of the company, ensuring everyone is taken care of.
Ruan Cronje, Director, Contracts Manager
After joining in 2012, Ruan now plays an integral part in the success of Prize. He is known as “the man with the plan”. Hard working dedicated and motivated are just some of his key attributes. Esack ensures that our roofing jobs are done to perfection. Roof replacement is very complex with many factors to consider. Most of our roof work is done while the building is occupied. Esack’s experience ensures this is done efficiently and with minimal disruption.
Aitchie Galant, Painting Site Manager
Aitchie comes from a long family history of painters. His father used to work for the company in the 90’s and Aitchie was often seen on site helping his dad. In 2015 he joined Prize on a full-time basis, and now manages our painting sites, ensuring they run super efficiently.

Unre works hard behind the scenes, ensuring all customer accounts are up to date, a very important part of running the business.

Our neat and tidy warehouse reflects the quality work that Prize produces. Branco ensures that the warehouse is properly organized, stock controlled with all equipment serviced and safe. Safety is very important in our operation and all equipment must be in perfect order when it is sent to site.
