Re-roofing Groeneweide Retirement home on Darling WC

The re-roofing of Huis Groeneweide Retirement Home was another very sensitive and personal project undertaken by Prize Waterproofing & Painting. The entire IBR metal roof had to be replaced with new roof sheeting. While the actual re-roofing was a relatively easy job for the experienced Prize staff, the challenge was to accommodate the very sensitive nature and needs of the residents in the retirement home. Residents and tenants continued with their usual peaceful day to day living and operations while Prize staff undertook the roof replacement efficiently and without disruptions to the residents. We are very proud to say that the entire job was done without incident or disruption to the residents inside. Another feather in the cap of Ruan Cronje who managed the entire project.
